Shipping Policy
Aprés Nail Australia is currently shipping within Australia and New Zealand only for online orders.
FREE standard shipping for Aprés Nail Australia online orders of non-bulky items over $200* within Australia only.
Orders for bulky items or dangerous goods may still be sent but may incur additional freight charges. If this is the case, Aprés Nail Australia will contact you before shipping.
Shipping times usually takes 1-7 business days, but Aprés Nail Australia is not responsible for our contracted couriers not delivering orders within this time frame.
Our couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If orders are returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Once an online order is made and payment is accepted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled online. If you require to cancel or make any changes to your order, please e-mail us via online@americanbeauty.com.au ASAP before the order is typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
All return and product exchange claims must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. You must contact Aprés Nail Australia via e-mail (online@americanbeauty.com.au) for authorisation before returning any items/orders to us.
When submitting a claim for a return/exchange, please select the accurate related concern(s) from the drop down menu and provide the below details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
The following conditions must be met:
– Items must be unused with all original packaging intact.
– You are liable for any postage costs in returning any items to us.
– Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
– You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any items were damaged in transit. You will be required to supply photo evidence of the damages.
– Refunds and exchanges will exclude the freight cost if your order was under $200.
For product exchanges, please refer above and contact us for further instructions.
Please allow 1-5 business days for exchanges or refunds to be processed once received.
Defective Item
Any defective or damaged item claims must be made within 7 days from the received delivery date, make sure to provide a photo of the faulty or incorrect item.

Aer Gel Cleaning
Sometimes, regardless of how well you’ve taken care of you Aer Gel airbrush, it needs an expert deep clean. And if that’s something you don’t feel confident in doing yourself, Aprés Nail Australia offers an Expert Cleaning service.
If you are interested, you can contact Aprés Nail Australia on how you can send in your machine to us.
Once received, our trained educator will provide a top to bottom expert cleaning and then ship you back a perfectly cleaned and service machine. It’s the best way to prolong and maintain the life of your Aprés Aer Gel airbrush.
Expert Cleaning service fee is $38.70 + shipping.
